Stainless banisters, in accordance with security regulations.

The house is equipped with electric blinds, 4 on the first floor and 7 on the ground floor, with individual remote control and centralised command.

Heating / ventilation by reversible air-conditioning.

There is a natural system of ventilation within the house, inspired by the architecture of Outre-Mer, therefore there is never too hot inside during the summer, even when the air-conditioning is not turned on. Also, during the warm Provence winters, the electrical heating required is minimal, except for specific meteorological situations, as the house is very well isolated.

There is also a water heater (300 L), a water softening plant, and a VMC (controlled mechanical ventilation).

Swimming infinity pool (4,6m x 8m) + spa + pool house, panoramic view. Currently under construction:

Parking: space for up to 6 cars. Easily accesssible, no slopes.
